Refund policy

Returns. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you want to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the condition you received them.

How to start a return. Use the contact page on our website, quoting your order number and the item you want to return. We will confirm the return address in Spain and the next steps within one working day.

Return shipping. Unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, you pay the cost of returning it to our warehouse in Spain. We recommend a tracked service. Return shipping costs are not refunded.

Refunds. Once the item has been received and checked, we refund the price paid, including the original standard delivery charge, within 14 days to the payment method you used at checkout.

Damaged or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any return costs.

Your rights. As an EU consumer you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity.

Exceptions. Items made to your specification or personalised, and sealed items that have been unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons, cannot be returned unless faulty.
