Shipping policy

We deliver to addresses in Ireland, Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria and Portugal.

Delivery cost. Standard tracked delivery is €9.95 per order. Delivery is free on orders of €79.00 or more.

Dispatch and delivery times. Orders are dispatched from our partner warehouse in Spain, normally within 1–2 working days. Delivery usually takes a further 3–6 working days depending on the destination country. You will receive a tracking number by email once your parcel has been dispatched.

Islands and remote areas. Some islands and remote postcodes may take longer or be excluded from standard delivery. We will contact you before dispatch if your address is affected.

Damaged or missing parcels. Fragile items are packed for safe transit. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 10 working days of dispatch, email us at apeljeff@gmail.com with your order number and we will replace it or refund you.
